    No, WSW usa el Qfusion Engine, es un motor basado en el id tech 2 "motor de quake 2" pero fusionando varios tipos de tecnologias. Actualmente soporta mapas, modelos etc de quake 3... se podria decir que es una fusion del motor de quake 2 y 3... pero con el motor de quake 2 como base.

    En teoria ud se loguea y el sistema le descarga automaticamente el cliente, en el caso de que ya lo tenga pero hay una actualizacion pendiende el sistema descarga y aplica la actualizacion.
