Sander, was also a personal friend of mine having been one of the original founding players in Fnatic, he has been a member for nearly two years this ESWC, and has been a huge help in placing fnatic where it is today. But not only did he play under the Fnatic tag for so long, he was also a great supporter of the fnatic teams, he would often be seen sitting behind the cs team, or following Warcraft three matches online, he really added to the team spirit of Fnatic. So on this day which is the 21st of June, which is also the celebration of Sanders 21st birthday, we are announcing the retirement of one of the greatest modern day gamers. This comes about after Sanders choice to focus full time on studies this year where he will be attending university starting in September. He will be taking time off over the summer to go on holiday with family and friends, but you also may be able to catch him at a certain world cup not in Germany but France! We wish Sander the best of luck in his life as a student, and we hope to see him return in the bright future of competitive gaming, to try his luck once again on the battlefields of some yet to be released one on one game.
