A 24-hour hacking event for web developers, front-end engineers or designers. Collaborate and build something awesome in 24-hours & at the end of the event the best, most inspiring hacks will receive prizes. It doesn't have to be helpful to anyone, or even remotely sane. Just something you are excited as hell about doing. Hackathons are meant to be fun. There are two categories: API Category: where the requirement is the hack must make use of the Backcountry API. WILD Category: a completely open, anything goes, category. First Place winners will be awarded in each of those categories. In addition a Grand Prize Hackathon winner will be awarded for the most impressive hack of the event. See more about the prizes, rules andjudging. Questions about the event or registration?
