En los últimos videos se nota que tienen que mejorar el framerate y el acabado. Eso no es de extrañar, ya se está hablando que todavía queda un buen rato para que salga, entonces, mejor que se tarden y lo entreguen bien hecho, y no que se apuren y dejen las cosas a medias.

En todos los casos, en el universo de star wars, siempre han existido facciones. En todo lo que ha existido en pantalla grande y chica, los personajes son de un bando o de otro, con unos pocos siendo intermedios. Yo creo que lo que van a explotar aqui es la posibilidad de volverse al lado oscuro sin importar cual es tu facción. No veo la necesidad de pasarse de facción, pero que interesante ver en la republica un Jedi ya entregado al lado oscuro (que recordemos que los Jedis y los Siths, aunque tienen el mismo origen, ya para este momento ha pasado tanto tiempo, que son dos tradiciones diferentes del uso y aprendizaje de la fuerza). El problema de muchos es que creen que como Anakin se volvió Sith, entonces todo Jedi que se hace del lado oscuro, también se hace sith, lo cual es un error.

A mi me gusta la idea de que sea un RPG. Eso es de lo que ha hecho falta un buen poco en los MMO. Después de años de que yo no jugaba ni uno, y jugué Mass Effect, me di cuenta que eso era lo que me cuadraba de los RPGs, que las decisiones importan, que uno de verdad lo piensa. Ahora, en un MMO no hay vuelta de hoja, no hay un save que te permite elegir diferente, por lo que me impresiona todavía más el reto que estos maes de Bioware se pusieron.

Yo por el contrario, con la riqueza del universo de star wars, donde heroes nacen y mueren constantemente, me parece de las franquicias más rentables para un juego MMORPG. Es un universo tan diverso, que se presta para incontables expansiones del juego original. Y en el fondo, TODO gamer ha querido jugar un juego donde se se tengan los poderes de un Jedi y un sable de luz.

The Imperial Agent is heavily inspired by several classic Star Wars characters such as Zam Wessel and Grand Moff Tarkin. Imperial Agents work behind the scenes to get the work of the Empire done. Specializing in high-tech gear, the Imperial Agent always has the right tools at the right time. They use abilities of subversion and subterfuge to infiltrate and assassinate enemies of the Sith Empire with deadly efficiency. Players who choose to be Imperial Agents in The Old Republic (TOR) will see the underbelly of the Empire in a whole new light.

Personalmente habría preferido que los Jedi/Sith fueran una única clase que luego se especializaba en los 3 arquetipos tradicionales y que las últimas dos clases fueran algo diferente, pero bueh.
