Not at all! I have a lot of friends in Latin America and in Costa Rica itself. My opinion is that bad people and good people are all over the world, no matter the country. I would explain better my reaction after I saw that mr.Blanco did not send me the cards, and for this I must say something about me. I have been in the collecting world since 1991: I have been one of the first collaborators of mr.Hiscocks, the dad of phonecard collecting; for several years I was the official correspondent from Italy of "International Telephone Cards" magazine, and I wrote for several collecting magazines; my name is on almost all MVCards phonecard catalogues, as official expert of worldwide first issues; and my sites had been the first sites in the world about phonecard collecting. With these premises, you can understand that I made deals with several hundreds people all over the world: even now, every day, I receive offers to buy or to swap cards. Unfortunately, I discovered during the years that not all these people were honest, and some of them tried (and some had success) to cheat me. Moreover, I am the creator of Phonecards Auctions (an ebay like site) with over 1300 users selling and buying there. Of course, I am not big like ebay and I don't have a cheater protection: the only way I have to protect my users is to publish the name of the thieves on blacklists (see http://www.all-cards.net/forum/forum.cgi?forum=16) unfaming them. That's all: I did not know mr.Blanco when he offered me the deal, but I decided to trust him. When I saw that he did not honoured the deal, I considered this just another bad experience, and my purpose was to block him before he could cheat other honest collerctors. Anyway, let's close all this matter. If I receive the cards (and I hope this time will be the good one!), I'm ready to add the "happy end" to the topics where I published the story. With the hope that mr.Blanco will be more correct on his next deals... On this occasion, I would thank all those who supported me, helping to let mr.Blanco understand his mistake. And, by the way... yes, I'm a male!

I don't understand spanish well, so I would have preferred that Oscar wrote me in english. I still don't understand why simply he did not wrote me something like "I'm sorry, I cannot send your cards now, please be patient, I will send you in xx days." We are both adults and the things could be solved clearly. What I cannot accept is that Oscar had the time and possibility to come in this forum but did not found ten minutes to go to post office and send the cards, or simply to apologize for the delay. I don't know him as well as he doesn't know me, but... here is the difference: I sent him my cards at once (by registered mail), he not only didn't trust me and waited to receive mine without advicing, but after this he continued to lie telling that he was going to send them. After two months, and seeing that he is avoiding any communication with me I think I have the right to believe that he would stole my cards. Think also that, after two weeks of emails unanswered, I thought "Maybe he is not receiving my emails" and registered to his forum with the intention of messaging him, but he BANNED me as soon as he saw my name, before leaving me any possibility to contact him. I think that you should know well that when a swap is agreed, both swappers should send their cards at the same time. This is a sign that you didn't trust me and would have receive my cards for first WITHOUT ADVISING, and this is unacceptable! Desafortunadamente he tenido una mala experiencia con Óscar Blanco (Ramboscar). En septiembre de 2008, él me entró en contacto con que preguntaba si compraría phonecards de él. Acordamos enviar las tarjetas al mismo tiempo así que envié los míos y él me dijo que él habría enviado el suyo en dos días. Pero, después de 20 días, como todavía no había recibido cualquier cosa, lo escribí para informacion, y él me confirmó que él había recibido mis tarjetas y que él habría enviado sus tarjetas el lunes siguiente. Estaba muy decepcionante y le dije que él no había estado correcto en absoluto. Él me contestó que demandaba que él tenía muchos problemas con su casa. Esperé otros 20 días, después lo escribí otra vez. Estaba no sólo decepcionante ahora, pero también enojado porque realicé que su intención había sido siempre engañarme. Le dije el " Yo se aconseje m cansó realmente de sus promesas falsas, satisface tan que si yo las recibe dentro de una semana, yo comenzará a publicar su conocido y dirección en lugares de cada lista negra, del foro y del colector en el internet." pero él no me contesta. Después de dos semanas (estaba el 22 de noviembre - que es después de que casi dos meses de nuestro acuerdo inicial) escribí lo otra vez, pero incluso este vez no consigue cualquier respuesta de él. Veo que él es activo en el Internet tan yo don' t considera cualquier otra razón para no honrar nuestro acuerdo que la intención a la estola mis tarjetas. Tengo varias tarjetas de los millares en mi acción, tan yo más pobre para 100 tarjetas, así como él es más rico: Acabo de advertir a otros colectores prestar la atención cuando alguien (incluso con una buena reputación) oferta usted un intercambio: no toda la gente en el Internet es honesta. Cuando Sr. Blanco leerá esto, él negará o intentará probablemente cambiar la historia, pero por supuesto, tengo todas las pruebas de qué yo refrán de m: todos los email enviados y recibidos, y el recibo de la entrega de mis tarjetas enviadas por el correo registrado.
