Okay this is an issue i need to address with myself... ANGER!, it wont go away. no matter how much i try it keeps getting worse day by day and nothing seems to stop it. It's like this cycle that keeps going and going because the more i think about things the more angry i get and i cant stop thinking about everything. EVERYTHING pisses me off. Seems like everyone wants to piss me off or start a fight with me and im gettting so angry that i want to fight with them too like i would love to let someone hit me a few times then explode and hurt the other person very bad. I want to fight with someone and be very angry I think this is the only way I can stop being angry. I need anger management so bad!!!
