Recientemente se ha descubierto una nueva vulnerabilidad en dos programas muy conocidos por todos: Kazaa y Grokster. Este fallo de seguridad permite a personas con conocimientos hacker hacerse con el control de nuestra computadora con la ayuda de una página web.

Kazaa y Grokster utilizan una herramienta llamada Altnet Download Manager 4.x que es la causante de tal problema.

Los programas y versiones afectados por este agujero son:

* Altnet Download Manager 4.0.0.2 y 4.0.0.2.

* Kazaa v.2.7.1 y sus versiones anteriores.

* Grokster v.2.6 y sus versiones anteriores.

No se descarta la posibilidad de que haya más programas o versiones afectados por este fallo.

Debido a la falta de parches para subsanar este problema, se recomienda desinstalar tales programas.
